You can now search the Knowledge Base for immediate help, and submit support requests right inside your ResultFlow App. In the bottom right hand corner you should see a red widget. , you can click that to search the Knowledge Base or start a support request thread. If a member of the support team isn't online, you can leave a message.  When you return to your ResultFlow app you can find your support questions in the same place, just open the support widget, and your last messages should be at the top of the chat window.  You can click on the message to see the entire thread.
