Go to your persona.  In this example, it is TheOwnersJob.com

Go to the hamburger menu → Credentials.  On Wordpress Blog, click Edit.

It is pre-populated with a placeholder.  There is actually a testblog.resultflow.com.  If you want to use it for testing purposes, you can reach out to support and they will give you the credentials.

If you’re going to use your own blog hosting, type your domain name in Root URL.  In the Posting URL, type your domain name and make sure not to delete the /xmlrpc.php.  Type in your Login name and Password.  Then click Save.

If you want to use Host It For Me, click Delete.  This will only delete the credentials that are in Resultflow.

Click OK.

Click Host It For Me.  Then click Create.  It will take a little while because we’re copying and adopting the standard blog template.

It comes back with information and do not make any changes.  Below is an example of the newly created instablog.  Copy the Root URL, Login, and Password to Notepad.  Save the file.

To login to your blog, copy the Root URL, add it to a browser and put in /wp-admin.

With the email address and password, it will get you logged in.
