Once you add a feed and click Save, the items typically load within a few minutes. Occasionally, it can take an hour or more.

Is Pause Checked or Unchecked?

Confirm that you have UNCHECKED the Pause button on the feed folder. Click EDIT on your feed folder and then verify it is not checked similar to the image below.

Refresh the Feed Folder

Click the Refresh Button on the Edit screen to request a reload of the feed, please allow up to 15 minutes for that folder to reload.

Are the Feed URLS feeds?

Sometimes users put in a site URL instead of the feed URL.  Many feeds end in /feed/

URL: https://blog.resultflow.com/

Feed URL: https://blog.resultflow.com/feed/

Clicking TEST isn't a necessary part of the setup, it is only an indicator and not a definite that something is wrong. If you've followed the instructions above and the feed hasn't loaded, it would be a better test is to put the feed URL in the browser and make sure it is loading as expected.

Most feeds look like this, all code, no traditional HTML elements.

Remove and Re-Add Feeds

If any of the feeds you have entered are not correct you'll want to remove them or update them with the correct feed.

Click the X to the right of the item to remove them, Important then click SAVE on the feed folder.  This saves the removal of the item.

Then click EDIT again to re-add the correct feed and click SAVE.

After completing the above steps, if your feeds are not loading, please contact support by clicking on the support widget in your app.
