1) In Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS - REMOVE the code below and publish.

2) In Appearance > Customize > Header Image add your logo file (260x90 pixels) and publish.
3) Create Banners for the Header Right Widget Area and follow the instructions in this video to update Ad Rotate.
