Occasionally you may end up with a page post that has been automatically promoted and you would like to stop the ad and remove the post from your page. It is important to begin in the Ads Manager and delete the ads BEFORE you delete the page post.
Go to your Facebook Ads Manager. To open Business Facebook, go to business.facebook.com/adsmanager. Select the ads.
Depending on your interface, you may find delete under the Edit, there might be a trash can on your menu bar, or it could be under More. Click Delete.
Once deleted, go back to your page. Click the three dots at the top and select Delete post. Click Delete to confirm.
