Go to Appearance > Menus.
If you simply need to change the page, you can just change the URL that it needs to point to and the text.
Or you could simply click remove to remove it altogether.
If you’ve added new pages to your website that you would like to include in the menu, add the page first, then under View All. Then you can choose the page and click Add Menu. Whenever you add new item, it automatically added at the bottom. You can click on it and drag it up.
About the social icons, if you aren’t using all of them, you can click the down arrow to open it and click remove the one’s you don’t intent to use.
For the one’s that you would like to keep like Facebook, click the down arrow and put your Facebook business page URL.
Once done, click Save Menu.
