Situation: Items that show as "Promoted on Facebook" in the Kanban board(s) were not published or promoted to Facebook.
Resolution: Make sure that Facebook is Authorized and your Venues are Connected, then you can choose to
- Reschedule by moving them back to the queue OR
- Send them to post to Facebook right away.
To find the items inside ResultFlow, click on the FOLDER icon at the top of the Kanban Board, which will take you to the correct funnel Venue Folder.

To Reschedule
For Link Quotes select the item(s) you'd like to re-post and move them to the Content> A - Create and Promote Link Quote> 3 - Top of Funnel Queue
For Rich Summary select the item(s) you'd like to re-post and move them to the Content> D - Promote to Middle of Funnel
To re-try on Facebook right away
(note - it can take up to 15 minutes to appear on Facebook)
From any Facebook Venue Folder - move that item to Venues. 
Then from Venues move that item back to the CORRECT Facebook Venue Folder
Your item should appear on Facebook, typically within 15 minutes.
If you get an ERROR - this item can't be moved - it means that your Venues are not connected - if you don't recall how to re-connect your venues. Please take a look at Connecting Facebook Venues
