Watch this video to learn how to make simple changes to your blog to replace the placeholder logo with your own.  TIP: You will not make changes to the logo / header section in WordPress.  Do not remove the transparent.png file, that is technically your logo and the full width header is loaded behind that.

1) Create a logo file - 1080 pixels x 120 pixels, preferably a PNG file type, name it my-logo.png, or another relevant name.  Do not name it full-width-logo.png.

2) From your WordPress dashboard go to Media Library and add the logo.

3) Click Appearance on your left menu, click Theme, then Customize.  Do not change the "header" image. Instead, you want to update the Additional CSS with your file name in the .site-header section.

4) Click Publish

5) Refresh your blog home page to confirm.
