If you were directed by support to manually deauthorize Facebook, then watch the video below to learn how to complete that task. This is sometimes needed when the reauthorization process does not work as expected.
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Click Business Integration.
You should see Resultflow choice. Click View and edit.
Click Remove.
You don’t need to delete your posts. Click Remove.
Click Done.
Go to your app. Enter your persona.
Click Site Menu > Credentials.
On Facebook credential, click Reauthorize.
You should login to your correct account.
Make sure to check Select All > Next.
Make sure all buttons are on to Yes > Done.
Click Ok.
