ResultFlow Screen Tour

When you contact support please include your login email address and app id. The app ID is the subdomain of your ResultFlow URL.

Typically it is a letter and 2 digit number, in this demo it is b27.

Clicking on My Dashboard anywhere in your app, will bring you back to your home page.

This is a list of the personas in your app. Clicking on the name opens the persona.

From this screen you can also click the pencil icon to change the Persona name and description.

In this window you'll find the latest update information for ResultFlow.

A Q means an agent is online

An Airplane means agents are offline and you'll be prompted ot leave a message.

You can often find the answers quickly right from the Knowlege Base search.

If your answer isn't available, you can start a new conversation to create a support ticket.

When you click your persona name the default page is your Kanban Board with the Link Quote Process View.

Dashboard: Kanban Boards

Tasks* - Error alerts, or items that need additional processing.

Feeds - Where items are moved into and through ResultFlow for creation and promotion.

Venues - The workflow folders that post to specific destinations like Facebook or your blog.

Credentials - Connect and authorize accounts used in Venues.

Team - Manage or add team members to use ResultFlow.

Content - Creation and promotion workflows.

Templates* - Scripts and templates for processing content items.

Filters* - Functions that allow for special processing by filtering.

* Standard users will not need to make changes in these menus, and additional descriptions are not included in this overview.

The feeds folders are inputs for creation and promotion using ResultFlow.

3rd Party Content to Curate Folder is used for feeds sources to create new items.

Auto-Promote Folders are used for promoting your blog posts to different levels of the sales funnel.

My Content to Curate is used to handle any items that could be used in a special workflow like Repeaters.

Venues are a special workflow that allow for the posting to specific destinations.

Once processed, the items remain in the Venues folder much like items would be visible in an email 'sent' folder.

If you have items in the Venue folder that are not appearing in the expected destination, it is possible that your credentials need to be reauthorized or in the case of Facebook that your AdSets need to be connected.

In this area you add login information for your blog and authorize your social channels.

If items do not post as expected, a good first step is verify that your credentials are valid by clicking Reauthorize on Facebook or Twitter, or editing your Blog Credentials.

This section is the heart of functionality of ResultFlow. Most users will not make changes in here.

Each items is labeled for its function. In a separate post, we'll cover the function in detail.
