1) Each blog should have this Enable Media Replace plugin installed - BUT not activated.  SKIP to Step 2

From your WordPress dashboard, mouse over Plugins, then Add New

Add Plugin called  Enable Media Replace



2) Go to Plugins, find Enable Media Replace and click ACTIVATE

3) Unzip images and/or locate image folder for the assigned blog. 

You should use the same images with the file names for replacement, If the file names are not exact, the replace function will not work. 


Mouse over Media, and click Library

4) For EACH missing image (you'll know from the broken image icon). You'll repeat these steps 

Mouse over the filen ame, click Replace Media

Again, you must use a file with an exact name and extension. 

In our tests, we received this error. However we knew that our image type WAS the same, so we ignored it.  

Keep the defaults, Just Replace the file and Keep the date, then click Upload. 

After uploading you may need to refresh the library and / or blog pages to see the updated images appear. 

5) Repeat until all images have been replaced. 


6) Update Admin Email 


From left menu, mouse over Settings, then click General.



If the Administrative Email address says  michelle+test@marketersbraintrust  please update to the email included with the login for the site.  

7) Update User Blog Credential 

SKIP to the 1:00 minute mark for the instructions

For Content staff you'll use the login provided. 

Login to the customer App.  
Click on the correct persona - then follow along starting at 1:00 in the video. 

Take care NOT to include any extra spaces at the beginning or end of the login items. 

NOTE: Once you SAVE you should NOT have a RED SPLAT or Warning Symbol on the Blog, If you do, please check that you have copy /pasted the password correctly.  (The email SHOULD be the same, but if not, do copy paste that too).
