You can now submit support requests right inside your ResultFlow App. In the bottom right hand corner you should see a red icon, you can click that to start a support request thread. If a member of the support team isn't online, you can leave a message. When you return to ResultFlow you can find your support questions in the same place, just open the chat bug, and your last messages should be at the top of the chat window. You can click on the message to see the entire thread.
