If you notice on your ResultFlow Home Page that you have task errors in the Task Pane, they were likely caused by moving your stories into the wrong folder. Instead of moving them to Link Quote or Rich Summary, they were moved into a subfolder instead. This video will help you clear the errors and move the content to where it should go.
Click All Tasks.
Click on the task.
Click Task Done.
Go back to your home page.
Go to your persona.
Go to Explorer.
Go to Link Quote – 2 COD Result Formatter.
Select all items. Click on Selected items > Move to.
Click Content. Click Link Quote.
Click Move.
Click Rich Summary > 2 – COD Result Formatter.
Click Select – All.
Click on Selected items > Move to.
Click Content > Rich Summary.
Click Move.
