Before being permitted to write on a regular basis, workers submit writing tasks that are reviewed and graded. If they receive a qualifying grade, we add them to our group of Qualified Writers. The writing tasks of all Qualified Writers are regularly reviewed and re-scored. Workers whose quality drops lose their eligibility.
