The Pocket app https://getpocket.com/ lets you add any webpage to a feed. You can even add the GetPocket extension in Chrome to simply click and add the item. To make it available in ResultFlow, you will need to make that feed public - then add it to ResultFlow. Anytime you add an item in GetPocket it will flow to that feed.
