In this video learn how to update your posting times for:
- Quotes to Facebook
- Rich Summary Blog Posts
- Rich Summary to Facebook
Choose the Link Quote Kanbanboard. Click on the folder icon in Waiting to Promote. It takes to the specific folder.
Click on A - Create and Promote Link Quote. To change the posting time, click on the workflow icon in 3 - Top of Funnel Queue.
You don’t need to change item count. You only need 1 item. Each of the tabs are the type of posting you want. Wherever you leave this when you’re done and click save, is the posting schedule that you’ll get. Currently the Top of Funnel is set to everyday at GMT -4 at 9:00am. You can make adjustments at different time zone at different time. Then click Save.
Go back to your dashboard. Choose Rich Summary in your Kanbanboard. Click the folder icon in Waiting to Post.
Click on B - Create and Post Rich Summary Blog Post.
Click on the workflow icon in Blog Posting Queue for Rich Summaries.
The same for Link Quote, you can choose when to post. This does not affect when it is posted to Facebook, it only affects when it is posted to your blog. Click Save.
For posting to Facebook, head to the Dashboard. Select Rich Summary Process in Kanbanboard. Click the folder icon in Waiting to Promote.
Then it takes you to Promote to Middle of Funnel. Click on Content.
Click on the workflow icon for D - Promote to Middle of Funnel.
You can make the changes you want to make and then click Save.
