If you have selected content for Rich Summaries and completed content should be posting to your blog, then typically there is a problem with your blog login, or the functions of XML-RPC. In this post you can step through troubleshooting for those problems.

Before starting on the troubleshooting steps below.  Have you added or are you using any security plugins like iThemes Security, be sure that you haven't disable remote posting, or disabled proxy detection.

First, Are there items that show as Posted to Blog in ResultFlow but are not on your blog?

Show me how to find blog items in ResultFlow

Click on Dashboard (not My Dashboard) menu item.

Then, next to Select KanbanBoard, choose the Rich Summary Process.

Let's take a look at each of the columns

1) Work in Process – these are items that you have selected and are currently being worked on by our writers. TIP: Any items in this queue that are more than 2 weeks old have likely failed in the process.

2) Waiting to Post – these are completed Rich Summaries that have NOT YET posted to your blog. Blog posts typically happen every other day. Items in this column does not mean it is not posting, it simply means you have a queue of items in waiting. We recommend keeping about 10 posts in the queue as you're able – so content keeps flowing even if you have a week off.

3) Posted to Blog – these items should be posted to your blog. If this column is empty, it means no new items have posted.

4) Waiting to Promote – these items have posted to your blog, and are now in the Middle of Funnel scheduler waiting for their turn to post to Facebook. It is also OK to have a queue of items here,

Yes - Items are in column 3 that are NOT on my blog

If items are Posted to Blog, but you cannot find them from the Posts panel inside WordPress, then you need to take some additional steps to troubleshoot your blog credentials .

No

This means that no items have moved to your blog, yet.

Take a look at the show me how images above, if BOTH Column 3 is empty AND Column 2 has items more than 3 days old, then please open a ticket with support by clicking on the Chat Bug in the app or by sending an email to support [ at ] resultflow.com.

Everything looks OK in ResultFlow, but I still don't see the posts

Log in to your blog. From the Menu choose Posts, then click on the Date column until the most recent posts are at the top. Typically this is the default, but you can click to be sure.

Do any of the newest items match the posts showing in the Rich Summary Venue in ResultFlow?  If so, items are posting to the blog.

Is the Category set to Summary or Uncategorized? If it is Uncategorized, then you will want to make a new Category for Summary items so they appear in the right place.
