A Quote is created as a post to be shared and promoted on Social Media. After creation, be promoted automatically on Facebook promoted to your Avatar (TOFU1) and Facebook Page (TOFU2) Audiences .

It is composed of a Quote and a link to the original article. The quote is used as the introductory text on Facebook. Anyone who clicks, likes, or shares the post is automatically added to Facebook Page audience and will begin seeing your blog posts, too.

Tips:

  • Stories should not require a user to click-through, subscription, or log in to be seen.  Sites like the New York Times & WSJ are not a good fit as they allow only a few free stories, then require a subscription to view more.
  • Stories chosen for Quotes must have text on the page that can be used for the quote.
  • Posts that have slides are not recommended.
  • An image is a must, it should contain little to no text.
  • The image and title of your article should be compliant with Facebook Ad Guidelines
